Any suggestions on how to relieve a blocked nipple pore? Looks like a whitehead on the tip on my nipple. Its really painful and is making it hard to nurse my little guy!

mommy-at-home - 1103 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Get a STERILE needle (I use a lancet like you would use to prick your finger for a glucose test.) and prick the skin on top of the whitehead. It works!! And it does not hurt! - unless you have bad aim!
