Most my little people had it too ( 7 all up), including my little man that arrived 2wks ago. I know it looks terrible but it's ok. "Weepy eye" we call it here in Oz. A damp cotton ball and gently wiping from nose outwards will do the trick. He will grow out of it. The tear ducts will sort themselves out if you do this regularly.

I would say clogged tear ducts, that is what my Grace had.

blocked tear duct, you dont need dr, or prescription, clean the eye with clean water and cotton wool working towards to nearest edge of the eye, never sweep from one end to the other, go to the closest edge, either nose or cheek.use different wool for each sweep. use you lil finger and gently rub in circular motion under his tera duct and that will promote unblocking it. do this a few times a day and he should be clear within a week or so.

blocked tear duct is what it sounds like to me. my little girl has one and has since birth. It usually goes away by 1 year, but if not or if you cant wait they can do surgery on it. what causes it is in the womb the skin on the duct doesnt sluff off like it should and the tears cant drain down the back of the thoat like they should. thats what ive read about it all.
