vickiessecret - 1080 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Yea I'd wake up on my back too, then I'd just roll on to my side. With the weight of your uterus and the baby, it puts pressure on your back and your blood supply to you legs, I'd wake up and not be able to feel my legs. They say to lay on your left side, I guess its easier for your heart to pump that way..and give a better oxygen supply to your baby :)

MiZz.ShaRp3 - 1080 days ago oh okiez....hehe Thanks i will do that then...... im thinking about getting a pregnancy pillow yah i wake up on my back and then i turn back on my side

courtenay - 1080 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) you should try sleeping on your side, because laying on your back can put all of the weight of your baby and uterus on something (sorry i forget what it puts weight on) and it can cut off oxygen and blood flow to the baby. that being said, if you find you keep waking on your back its probably not the end of the world, just go back on your side, left is best. i woke on my back alot. i found, putting a pillow between my legs helped alot with back pain from sleeping on my side so much. at the end, i couldnt get comfortable and would spend all night going from left side to right side.
