ARMYMOM - 1080 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i slept on my back till the end.. it was the only way i could sleep

hessfamily - 1080 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I just went to see my doc for my check up and I asked her about it... She told me that as long as your legs are not falling asleep you are ok on your back... When you start feeling the tingling in the legs then that is how your body is telling you enough is enough...

MiZz.ShaRp3 - 1080 days ago ok i will do that then...=]] hehe Thanks

wisfarmgirl - 1080 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Laying on your left side provides the best circulation to all your organs and to the baby. Try to avoid laying on your back now that you're 22 weeks. It is okay to lay on your right side for short periods of time, but the left side is the safest. I know it gets uncomfortable, but putting a pillow between your knees helps. Good luck! :)
