OK..I KNOW EVERYONE IS GONNA SAY I SHOULD I HAVE WAITED...BUT I JUST WANNA KNOW HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE? I HAD A C SECTION 2 WEEKS AGO, MY BLEEDING STOPPED COMPLETELY! SO ME AND DH WENT FOR IT, WELL AFTERWARDS I WAS BLEEDING BRIGHT RED BLOOD AND THEN IT STOPPED AFTER A COUPLE HOURS, I SPOKE WITH AND OBGYN AT MY JOB AND HE SAID ITS NORMAL, AND THE ONLY REASON THEY TELL YOU 6 WEEKS IS `JUST CAUSE` HE GAVE ME ALL THESE REASONS, HE SAID THE LIKELY HOOD OF ME DAMAGING ANYTHING IS VERY RARE! IT JUST SEEMS WEIRD THAT SEX WOULD MAKE ME BLEED AGAIN?

Cindie - 1047 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I lasted 9 days before we BD'd again. I had a C/S also.WE were just super careful with my wound, and we used condoms also. Sex made me bleed again also.... off and on for a total of just over 6 weeks.

KittenAsACat - 1048 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i had sex four weeks after my c section and my bleeding was stopped, and it turned bright red in the middle of things which grossed me out and scared me! i was really worried as the bleeding even lasted a few more days. the doctors office though it may have just been my first period coinciddentally starting. well whatever it was, everything turned out okay so if your doctor isnt worried, try to relax! (hehe i just couldnt wait til my 6 weeks checkup

GoonieMomma - 1048 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I went for it at 3 weeks after vaginal. No spotting, but a bit sore the next day. Your estrogen is still really low, which makes for thinner vaginal tissues and less blood flow during sex. Your cervix has also been through heck, holding that precious one in. So it's not surprising that you'd bleed. Bright red is the best (opposite to when you were pregnant). But I think holding off until bleeding stops would be a good idea (I'm sure DH agrees :-) ) If there's no pain, you're probably okay. Nice 'n easy, and lots of lube, my friend! Sometimes those new daddies are JUST TOO CUTE and we can't help ourselves...

boystruckx2 - 1049 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Girl I bled on and off for months after my last section. If you had an orgasm your uterus was contracting. That can set off your bleeding again. It did for me anyway. They always told me as long as I was not soaking a pad an hour or having massive clots or having extreme pain that everything was okay. :)
