i would like some tips on how to lose weight after a c-section any advice?

mylittleman - 1041 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Breastfeed!!! Ha, it worked wonders for me. I actually dropped 10 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight w/in 6 months! Fantastic! Even doing small amts. of exercise and toning, just remember your stomach muscles have been cut open so it's alot harder to tone that part. Even being the skinniest I had ever been, I still had that flabby belly...wasn't as noticeable standing but when I sat down..dear lord! It takes a while to get that back to anywhere near normal!

You may feel fine, but insides are still healing from sutures and such, so you can get hurt. Drink lots of water, eat healthy, walk for short amounts several times a day.. Instead of one long power walk, I do 5min warm up 5 min power walk and 5 min cool down. Build up from there. Have fun!

But, she cut out sugar and started using splenda instead and no pop. Also drink lots of water. Try to get atleaste a 1000 steps over what you would normaly get during your evryday activities. worked great for her she lost about 3lbs a week, sometimes up to 5. shes thinner now than b4 she got pregnant.
