Just curious, I`m 13 weeks today and still nervous about miscarrying..what week did you feel safe from that?

secondandexcited - 1033 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I started to feel safe around 12 weeks, but I was always worried anyways. I would always worry about how I slept, anything really...until she was finally here. Because anything can happen

oliviad27 - 1034 days ago Thanks you guys..I feel a lot better now. I can't wait to feel him/her move so I'll know he/she is okay

sheenat3 - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am 12 weeks and I don't think I will feel safe until I am holding him/her.

allison:chickenmouse - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Also once you are in your second trimester, my doctor said from 13 to 20 weeks there is a 3 percent chance of miscarrying, which means 3 out of 100 people or less will miscarry, so try not to worry, of course it is completely normal to worry.

regan - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Im almost 38 weeks and still have concerns they just change from one thing to another, I don't think you really feel safe until your holding your baby.

allison:chickenmouse - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am 18 weeks and starting to feel safe I will feel better after I am 20 weeks because you can't technically miscarry after that time.

NeverPreggers - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I'm at 18 weeks and 4 days and I still don't feel safe yet. I probably won't feel safe until I give birth.

SazaUK - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was worried all the way through my pregnancy right till I held him after he was born. Still, the worry hasn't ended.

lv2bamommy - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have had 8 failed pregnancies, so I wasn't really able to enjoy this pregnancy until after my anatomy scan at 18 weeks. Now that I feel him moving all the time, it eases my mind that much more!!! Keep the faith hun!!

hessfamily - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have misscarried twice. I was told once you get out of the first trimester the percentage drops immensly but things can still go "wrong" so just try not to worry... I am 27 weeks now and he kicks me to remind me he is ok cuz I still worry a bit... But you cant control it so dont stress yourself... Everything happens for a reason :)

courtenay - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) never really theres always something to worry about lol. when i stopped worrying about mc i just worried about other things, like if ihadnt felt her move for awhile or something. i also had complications though but i think the worry is normal for anyone.

LilyPants - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was a little less uneasy after we hit 2nd trimester, but now fully. Felt a better than that once I felt the baby moving around inside me - which was late in week 16 for me. I feel pretty good now (in the 19th week), especially after we saw her on the ultrasound, and (hopefully) found out it's a girl!

canadababy - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Week 8 when I heard the hearbeat :) There is no point in worrying about something you have no control over, just try to be as healthy as you can.

lizzy831 - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I just started feeling better and I'm going on 19 weeks after tomorrow. but I still don't feel safe. I felt safe with my last 3 when I was 36 weeks just because I knew everything should be fine if baby was born.

lilmissk - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Honestly, I'm 37 weeks and don't feel safe. I think there is always something to worry about, even once you get past the 1st trimester miscarriage stage.

jamiespaulding - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I'm currently 21 weeks and I always worry but I think I started to calm down a bit more after my 19 week scan because I could see the baby and at that point they can tell you what kind of health the baby is in. It always makes me feel better knowing the doctor says things are good. But enjoy it! Good Luck

STCT - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I finally felt safe in my second trimester. I think I REALLY felt safe at 17 weeks when we found out the sex.

wisfarmgirl - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) At 13 weeks which is the start of the 2nd trimester (right?). And I was then finished with the progesterone suppliments. And I felt even better after the 19 week ultrasound. Good luck!!

luvbeingamom - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I never felt 'safe'. I was always worried. I felt better after the first trimester, but never 'safe'.

LGK616 - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) At about the week you are now. That's when we started telling everyone that we were expecting. Enjoy your pregnancy!! I loved being pregnant!!! It has been 6 months since my daughter was born and I still miss the pregnancy!!! xox

nevertooyoung19 - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) about 14 or 15 weeks.

last.one.for.me - 1034 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) once you make it past the 12 week mark, statistically, your chances of miscarriage fall to <2% - those are pretty good odds. From 7 weeks pregnant, it's 90% chance of carrying to full term.. Just enjoy it and try to relax, the odds are stacked MASSIVELY in your favour :] Congratulations x
