So I`ve noticed over the past couple of days everytime my LO eats he gets hiccups immediately after. What can I do to stop this or is it just something that happens?

Hiccups are a neurological phenomenon. Even medical professions have no real idea why they happen they just know it come from the brain, not the tummy or the esophogus.

It just happens and it doesn't bother your LO so why stop it? :) Hiccups bother us but babies don't mind and they don't last very long..don't worry about it.

My guy had this for a while. My guess is he's just SO excited when he eats that he gulps. Maybe try feeding a little before he's hungry, if you can anticipate it? Are you BFing? If so, maybe your let-down is intense and he's chugging to keep up? You could try pumping for a min. before latching to see if that helps. But, like 90% of stuff with these kiddos, my guess is he'll grow out of it in the blink of an eye!
