I AM 331 WEEKS PREGNANT AND I THINK I LOST MY MUCUS PLUG YESTERDAY. IT WAS THICKER THAN SNOT STICKY AND KIND OF CLOUDY. IT WAS A PRETTY BIG AMOUNT. I WENT TO THE BATHROOM A LITTLE CAME OUT. ABOUT 30MIN LATER I WENT AGAIN AND A BIG GLOB CAME OUT. IF IT WAS MY MUCUS PLUG ABOUT HOW MUCH LONGER WILL IT BE BEFORE I GO INTO LABOR?

mother649808 - 1008 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I agree with the others! It doesn't really mean a whole lot. With my first the scraped my membranes that morning, I lost my pplug that evening, and had him the next day. My second I lost it early with no results and my twins lost it 4 months b4 I had them lol!

Debra - 1008 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) many women loose their plug or a portion of their plug and go on to full term. It really doesn't mean anything unless you have pink discharge and start feeling some contractions that move from your back to your abdomen. The plug will and can regenerate itself.

talitha - 1008 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) kenty is right you can loose your plug weeks before actual labor....and it is bloody.

tommiesmommy - 1008 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I lost mine at 34 weeks and then again at 39w4d when my water broke. The mucus plug pretty much means nothing.

flowergirl0778 - 1008 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) u can start losing it a while before you go into labour... when it turns red/pink there is only going to be 24 hours before labour begins, but if its only gooey that can happen for weeks.

kenty - 1008 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) hey hun, the mucus plug can come away early but not start off labour, it can actually re-generate itself...if i were you though i would call your doctor and get yourself checked out. the mucus plug is also generally bloody, i had that which you described at 38weeks, it actually wasn't my plug, just mucusy discharge, my plug never actually went until 40+1

kluv101 - 1008 days ago I AM ONLY 31 WEEKS PREGNANT THERE WAS A TYPO. SORRY ABOUT THAT.
