De;eted birth story by accident

I deleted my birth story by accident from my profile page. I went to look it up under the birth stories link and it only lists birth stories back to April 17. How do I find birth stories previous to that? There is no where to click for a second page. I was hoping that maybe my birth story wasn`t deleted from there and I could copy and paste it back to my page. Any suggestions or do I have to rewrite the whole thing?
