should i avoid peanut butter when breast feeding?

She said eating it while breastfeeding should be avoided (although only tiny amounts of the peanut protien make it into the breastmilk)and do not expose your infant to peanuts if you can help it. She told me she was part of a study with 200 children that had nut allergies. Over 80% of them had been exposed to peanuts before the age of 1. All of them had been exposed by 18 months. Everyone has their own opinion, but I am taking the advice of a professional who has been in the buisness for 20 years.
