1.)if u have sex b4 the 6 wks u need to heal, wat are the chances u can get pregnant?... and, if u DO end up pregnant, how long til ur symptoms show? 2.)if u had a baby a month & a half ago and didnt breastfeed, do u still have milk? thank u so much for responses!

Jaydens mommy Lory - 164 days ago thank u ladies so much for ur responses! now im worried, lol but i wont let it stress me out to the point were i psycologically (sp?) make myself think im pregnant. and thank u for making me feel better about my questions. alot of women have negative comments and i was afraid they would come by and comment something like "these are stupid questions and ur stupid for asking them".

diane-taketwo - 165 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) 1. Most women won't ovulate for a month or so after a baby, but if you did ovulate, and had sex within 24 hours of ovulation, you can get pregnant. Hard to say when to test but symptoms of pregnancy usually show up about 2 weeks after conception (tender boobs, heightened sense of smell). If you feel symptoms, take a test. 2. I have not breastfed for 6 months now, and I still have some milk leak from time to time. Are you trying to build your supply so you can try to breastfeed, or do you want it to dry up? The breastfeeding forum on this site would be your best bet to get those questions answered. Good luck either way!

My mom had my brother - had sex just ONCE - was worried so went to Dr. for birth control and was told too late cuz she was already pregnant with me. I still laugh when she tells this story.

kottonkurlz - 165 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) 1. 100% possible that you can get pregnant. Use some sort of birth control if you do not want to get pregnant. 2. If you do end up pregnant you don't know when your symptoms will show because each pregnancy is different. Take a test to see if you are pregnant. 3. Again, each pregnancy is different but there are some women that I know that still have milk after 6 mo! This doesn't mean that you have enough for a full feeding. The general rule is that if you don't breast feed you will will eventually "dry up". None of your questions are stupid. Just keep asking so what you can make the right decisions.

4thonitsway - 165 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my last was born during a deployment and hubby came home right at 6 week mark, I got pregnant, from what I read its fairly common to get pregnant so early. how fast symptoms show is up to your body and as for milk, well, with my last it took 2 weeks to come in so I suppose its possible to still have it
