Hiya, My 10 week old goes to bed between 6.30 and 7pm. I give her a dream feed at about 11 if she hasn`t fed well that day but otherwise she will sleep through until 6am have a feed then go back down until 8.30am. She sleeps for about 20 mins between 10 and 11 and then another 20 mins between 1 and 1.30 and then finally another afternoon snoozem at between 3 and 4 for maybe 45 mins this time. When she is awake she is alert, active and feeding well but I am just a bit worried she is perhaps sleeping too much? She weighs about 12.7oz now and has 6 feeds of 6oz bottles through the day. x

mother649808 - 978 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Babies this young need a lot of sleep. I think that as long as she doesn't have her days and nights mixed up then I would let it be. Its almost like the phrase "they won't eat more than they need" they won't sleep more than they need. My pediatrician says they can start sleeping through the night at about 10 pounds so yours seems right on track!

mariettap - 978 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Sounds like a happy baby! Let sleeping babies lie, and enjoy the peace and quiet!

STCT - 978 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I think she is fine. My daughter was the same way. It's good for them. Enjoy it while you can.
