when to have a baby shower?

im only 15 weeks atm but i wanted to know when is a good time for a baby shower ? i find out the sex of the baby in 3 or 4 weeks from now.

I thought it was a little early, but i'm sure it will take us a while to get his room together & get everything ready & not have to be rushed so it works out well.

ymmstartingover - 976 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Tradition says any time after you hit 7 months. Just remember that no matter what the doctor tells you the sex is, it is not for sure. I can't tell you how many people I know that were told they were having one sex and got the other. One lady was told at both ultrasounds it was a boy, bought nothing but boy stuff painted the room blue and had a little girl. opps. be prepared for either.

nutnut - 976 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my mom had my shower about 2 or 3 weeks before my due date. it was fine. i was nice and pregnant so everyone could touch my stomach all day long .. ugh LOL

Bangel - 976 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had my shower at 30 weeks. I think it worked out great. Had plenty of time to get things I didn't get at the shower and organize all the new stuff before I got really really fat and uncomfortable! :)
