not sleeping ad headaches

Ok I am almost 30 weeks pregnant and I hve been not sleeping very good and when I do get tleep the headach from hell wakes me up. I take some ylonel but it doesnt help for hours later. I mean just one of those that hurts so bad you want to cry... Any advice?

jaydsmom - 966 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My dr got me to take benadryl when I couldn't sleep. It knocked me out cold, and both her and the pharmacist told me it is perfectly safe during pregnancy.
