I have heard stories of women laying flat after sex, or even raising their legs in the air trying to keep it inside. But really, although it seems like it all comes out of your vagina, some does make it past your cervix and inside you. I usually go to the bathroom after sex, and we still got pregnant so nature does take is course. Remember it only takes one sperm to work!
