Is it okay to use water from a filtered fridge dispenser to make baby formula?? Currently I buy nursery water or boil water but was just curious if it`s okay to use filtered water

to be honest, my doc had NO problem with me using tap water for my son...she said as long is it isnt well water it's perfectly fine...ive used tap water since my son was born and he is FINE...i know some people dont agree, but i really dont think its a big deal if you use it filtered...=]

I wouldn't use just tap water like someone below suggested. City tap water still has chemicals in them that the epa regulates to allowable levels, such as remnants of chemicals used in jet fuel, (which may be fine for an adult but not baby)...but I think filtered water is good.

It's fine :) With my 1st, we had a filter on our faucet and it was so much easier then buying bottled water.
