Cindie - 957 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) no, but it helps to prevent neural tube defects (spina bifida) so it's a good idea to be on a supplament of at least 1 mg. (prenatals come with 400mcgs, so your gonna want to go buy 600mcg tablets of the folic acid.)

jastinel - 958 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) well i dont know about helping you get pregnant but i know you need it during your pregnancy,for me it helped,or just good timming,i have not taken my prenatal since jan 09 but in May i decided to start taking them again and june 18th found out i was pregnant
