OKAY IM KINDA SCARED...

I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom, everything was normal, but, on my way walking towads the kitchen, this clear fluid came pouring out of my vagina. I know didnt pee on myself. its been a couple of hours and it hasnt happend again, what was it and what should i do? by the way im only 30 weeks pregnant.

my.family - 955 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i would go to the doc just incase...you never really know if it's urine, vaginal discharge, or aminotic fluid. the only was to know for sure is for the hospital do to a pH test from your vagina. (all they do is take a strip of tape and rub it down there.)

HaleyD - 955 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Probably discharge. You get overactive discharge that is kinda watery when you are pregnant. I had a gush for the first time around 30 weeks and though my water broke and went to Labor and Delivery and that is where I learned about the watery discharge.

momofanangel - 955 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Don't freak out but definately go in, 30 weeks, yes its quite early but it could be much worse! If it is you water they can do things to prevent you having the baby for a while.

ladobruk - 955 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) This happened to me twice near the end of my pregnancy. It wasn't amniotic fluid or pee, not sure what it was they never really gave me a straight answer. You have to go in for them to rule out amniotic fluid though.

happyforest - 955 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) umm dont be wasting time on here u need to go to the hospital!!!! this could be serious if your water broke, bc u will need them to keep your from going into labor. this happened to me once too, i 'knew' there was no way it could have been pee so i rushed to the hospital and turns out it was! so dont freak out just yet, it may be ok. but you def need to be checked!!!

skibbit - 955 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) That's what happend to me when my water broke at 35 weeks. Went to the bathroom, and as I was walking away, about 1oz of fluid poured out. Then it continued to happen every 45 minutes or so. Since you are only 30 weeks, I would suggest calling Labor & Delivery. They will have you come down, and they will test the fluid, bring the undies you were wearing, they can squeeze out a little.

I was walking and i could slowly feel fluid leaking, like in little gushes. it would go away and a couple hours later the same thing. I knew it wasnt pee - it was completely clear and had no smell...this happened on and off throughout the night..and i went into labor the next morning. My water hadn't completely broken but the dr told me it had probably been leaking. So my advice to to call your doctor immediately - especially since you're only 30 weeks and set up an appointment ASAP. They will check you when you get there! Don't wait to go in either! Good luck
