So, I have been getting some thick white discharge over the last couple days...is that my mucous plug...or is that just regular discharge?? I am 36 weeks tomorrow...

EmmaReed84 - 953 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was 32 weeks when I lost my plug, it was not blood tinged, it was like a big blob of white goo. I wet the the loo and about a teaspoon amount came out, then later that night a huge tablespoon amount came out. It's not like discharge, it's a bit more solid than that. But from 36 weeks your body will be doing loads of different things to prepare for labour.

SoOn2bMoMmY09 - 953 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i am now 39.5 weeks and i noticed around 35 weeks or so an increase in discharge and asked my dr. they said its normal to have more toward the end...youll know when the plug comes out mine did today and being a first timer there is no mistaking that icky looking thing!!

summermum - 953 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If its white it may signal a Yeast Infection. Are you having any itching or burning with it? My plug is Yellow and brown tinged, looks just like you would blow your nose and see a glob of snot in the tissue, its stringy and stretchy like too, sorry if tmi.
