lisab123 - 132 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I read on the internet that if the HB is higher like in the 150's to 170's it is a girl. I have a son and his HB was always in the 140's. I am prego right now and the HB has been 150-169. My dr says she "thinks" it is a girl. To early to tell. Good luck
