hi, i wanted to know which side is best to sleep on ,they say the left ,but i cant seem to sleep on my left the whole night ,i switch from left to right all night each two hours or show is when i switch ,will it harm my baby if i sleep on my right side,i dont want to do anything wrong to this special pregnancy help please

RainbowRach - 946 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I hear the best side is left as it allows blood to flow down the main artery which is on the right side of your spine. However, its important to get plenty of sleep so try stay on your left but if you move during the night, its no problem!

She said what most women dont know is that standing in line for a long period of time is worse then which side you sleep on. I think if you are comfortable then go ahead and keep sleeping on whichever side you desire.

Sleep how you are comfortable, the only thing I know of is sleepin gon your back is bad for you because it puts pressure on your main artery which causes hemeroids and back pain. Choose the side that is most comfortable. I also found a pillow between the legs is awesome during pregnancy. Hope that helped ^_-

They say you shouldn't lay on your back though, but if you end up on it during the night it is ok. You won't harm your baby by sleeping on the wrong side.
