my dad died today

hi, for all who know me my dad died today at 745pm,i am 7 weeks pregnant and this so hard for me coz tomorrow is 8 years ago my mom died and now today my dad died i feel so alone i dont know what to do

I send you my prayers to get you through this difficult time. He and your mom are now your guardian angels - for your baby too. Take comfort in that, and you will see your parents features in your baby's face - that will bring you some peace too. ((hug))

My great-Aunt died not so long ago and it was the last of my grandmas siblings to go and my mum was devastated as she felt like the last part of her mother had gone. The worst bit was my mum had just arrived in China for a 3 weeks holiday. She almost got on a flight back home, but realised that my Great-Aunt would have wanted her to enjoy her trip. I know this has nothing to do with losing a parent, but I think they would want you to enjoy your pregnancy and your baby when s/he arrives. Think about the times you were happiest, cry when you need to cry (don't bottle it up) Laugh when you need to laugh and don't feel guity about it. If you ever want to chat, or just vent I am a good listener (well reader) Like I said I cannot imagine how you are feeling, but I can listen. (read). Take Care of yourself, and the precious mircle you are carrying x My thoughts are with you x
