anyone get all over back pain as early as 12 weeks. its been pretty bad for me lately. i even have pain in my shoulder blade area as well. its been driving me nuts. i keep cracking my back and it feels good for a minute then goes right back. do you think its pregnancy related? or is it maybe bc my breasts are so huge now they are causing extra strain on my upper back, which seems to bother me more than my lower back.

yeah, i had that at the beginning for a while, i just contributed it to unconciously trying to hold my little pouch in that i was developing. i had a habit of sucking my belly in if i ate too much or felt like it was sticking out at all, and that also helps build muscle...so when i started showing just a little at like 12wks(which was usually just bloating) until like 24 wks when there was no hiding it, i would catch myself suckin it in without even trying. i've never been big so feelin my belly touch my scrub tops even, didn't even hafta be tight clothes, caused that uncouncious reaction lol. And i'm a nurse and i work 12hr shifts, so i'm on my feet alot! when i got that pain btwn my shoulder blades and sometimes a little lower, i would really concentrate on no sucking my tummy in. i know it was the only thing that helped me until i was able to go home n lay down. hope this helps!

Go to a chiroprator your neck is actually probably out. Its called your axis and will effect your whole body. You will definatly feel a difference.

I had back pain throughout my pregnancy, but I also have scoliosis. I am still having a lot of pain but now that is due to carrying around a 25lb baby all day. Have you tried going to a massage therapist? It can help a lot and if that doesn't help try accupunture. Both are a natural way to ease back pain. hope that helps :)
