How do I get my husband to come home?

My husband and I reacently separated because he is having problems dealing with and affair I had before me married. I know now that I was being immature, dis respectful, and ignorant to what my ex wanted from me. That was six years ago and our wedding was 3 years ago. I have done a lot of posting to give information but was wondering if any mommies have advice. I love my husband dearly and albeit he is a little immature and insecure but I want my family together. I do not want a divorce or separation.

I have been on the opposite side of the scenario and thats something that will always be there, no matter how many times he says he forgives you. I would suggest counseling... although this is something that he has to work thru and its a hard thing to conquer.

If I were you I would talk to him about how you feel you've made a huge mistake but that you understand how he feels he can't trust you. Let him know that you would like to be together and that trusting you would take some time. Then you have to give him the space to make that decision. Good luck, it's not an easy task but if you two can communicate and work through it then it can make your relationship stronger.
