Dropping at 34 weeks?

What`s the likelihood that I will deliver soon since my baby is now at 0 station and I`m only 34 weeks? This is my second child and my first was born at 34 weeks because she dropped at 32 weeks, I dilated to 1 cm and my water broke at 34 weeks... Thankfully my cervix is still long and closed right now, but how long do you think it will stay that way with a baby pushing on it? Has this happened to anyone else? I really don`t want to have another pre-term baby in the NICU. It will break my heart to have to leave the hospital empty handed again because my baby isn`t strong enough to come home with me! Any ideas on how to prolong this pregnancy for another 3 weeks?

nutnut - 928 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) just try to take it easy, dont do anything strenuous. you never know when the baby is going to come, plus you already have had a preterm baby so it increases your chances, so ive heard. seriously just dont do alot. rest as much as you can. once the baby starts adjusting for birthday, you really never know. when i went in for my 2nd to last ob appointment with my duaghter they told me that it could be any day now bc the baby was getting into position and what not, well it wasnt the case for me lol i ended up being late and induced =)
