I have clogged milk ducts in one of my breasts. I had one with my 1st daughter but can`t remember how long it took to go away and how to speed up the process.

our1st.girl - 918 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Painful...when I would get them I would run a hot bath lay on my stomach and push the knot down ward while my breast was totally immersed in the tub it always came out and feels so much better...I learned quick when I was getting another and would go strait to the tub and take care of it.

jaydsmom - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had this, so I stood in a very hot shower and started at the top of my breast and pushed downwards toward the nipple over the clog as hard as I could bear. I did this for about 1/2 an hour and then breastfed doing the same thing to my breast. It worked out, and was such a relief!
