I seem to be having some milk supply problems and am about to start taking fenugreek. Anyone got any experience on this? Does it actually help?

Before you fork out a fortune, send me your address and I'll post you it as I;ve never even used mine!!

mother649808 - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Yes it helps. It only took about 24hrs for my milk supply to increase. Some people may take longer. I don't know if anyone has warned you about the maple syrup side effect. It won't be long after you start fenugreek that you will start to smell like maple syrup. It doesn't matter what you do...you can't cover the smell up and you will smell it everywhere! Other than that its a great vitamin!
