Ok I am 36 weeks pregnant and had decided to no find out the sex. Well my husband found out at about 18 weeks. And he has never said a word as to what the baby is. Well last night I was in our closet and we had awhile back decided a way from him to buy either pink or blue cloths. Well all this time he had them put up in the safe. Well he accidentally left the safe open and now I know what we are having. I am upset I know but should I just pretend I don`t know anything and let my husband think he is the only one who knows? This is our last one and all he has talked about is being able to look over the curtain and telling me what it is. So is it wrong for me to not say anything? By the way I am having our first son after 2 girls

larryslady - 917 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would not tell him. SOmetime men like to feel that they are the first to know something. My husband hates when I snoop around to find things out. Let him have that one and just acted surprised when the day comes!

shez05 - 918 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I agree with RobinG....Maybe buy a onesie for the baby saying "Daddy's little man" or something and show it to DH - Im sure he will be over the moon....It would be a great suprise!

RobinG - 918 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would go out and find a perfect gift to buy him and give to him today that is about a father having a son so you can blow him away too :) Take this awkward moment and make it amazing :) I def wouldnt try to hold back and wait since your natural response of surprise may not be there since you already know ~

mdbabyno1 - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would just tell him. It sounds like he is very excited for a little boy which is very cute of him to go out and buy blue. I don't think I could not slip and say something though. Plus, maybe by telling him you can both be excited for his arrival in the next few weeks.

rickettsrules - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It will all come out one day, and when it does do you think he will be angry that you never said anything, or will he laugh about it? If he would be angry that you didn't tell him you know I think you should tell him now. If it's something you know you will laugh about later, don't tell him and keep it your secret that you know.

nutnut - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) you could just tell him that you changed your mind and you really want him to tell you now =) that way you dont have to keep up an act, or chance you might slip, and he wont be disappointed, or feel bad for leaving it open. =)

jaydsmom - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would just keep quiet. It was obviously an accident, and if you tell him, he will probably be very upset. No use 2 of you being upset. No harm in not telling him you know...

happyforest - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) aww im sorry you ruined your suprise!! but it would put too much stress on you have keep your 'act' up IMO, and when you first see/hold your baby it is such a huge moment of joy, you wouldnt want it ruined by fake suprise happiness at the 'discovery' of the sex...

mommy-ofa-boy - 919 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) omg he must be soo happy thats too cute, umm i say if it means that much to him why not act like you didnt see it cant be that hard he would probably get bumbed out if he knows its his fault you know unless you cant hold it tell him you think its a boy and see what he says
