Where is our waist and how can we tell if it has thickened.. I really don`t have hips and short waisted but I have a crease like v line on my hips. Well the ones that I have. Is that my waist? Just confused and would like clarification. Thanks ladies

last.one.for.me - 918 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) your waits is the squishy bit of the sides of your abdomen above your hips and below your rib cage.. you'll see where it goes in.. what happens when your waist thickens is that you'll just become straight up and down on either side, between you ribs and hips, instead of denting in like an hour glass..

EllaG - 918 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Your waist is generally above your bellybutton, where regular fit (not low slung or hipster) jeans would fit. Mine is (was!) at the bottom of my ribs.
