my.family - 916 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) it takes 2-3 days for the egg to become fertilzed and then another 6-9 days for it to implant itself into the uterus, so the whole process can take up to 8-13 days. thats why some ladies get a BFP at only 9 DPO and other don't get a BFP until after they missed their period...hope this helps you!

juels101 - 916 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The egg is fertalized in your folopian tube, and then travels down into the uterus. Depending where in the tube the creation began depends on how many days it takes to get down and attach to your uterus, only a few days to a week.
