Eat normally, but remember your two serves of fruit each day, and five serves of vegtables. Vegtables are the most important. Wholegrains, seeds & nuts are important, buy wholegrain bread and cereals and nuts are great for snacks. Eat fish at least once a week (avoiding the larger fish that contain higher amounts of mercury) Salmon is the highest in DHA, eat lean red meat, and don't forget calcium, skim milk, yoguart and cheese (yummy!). Basically, your body will look after the baby first, so the baby will get what she needs, and if you're lacking in something you're the one that will suffer the most.
A good rule of thumb with vegtables is to vary the colours you eat, and the brighter the colour of something inside, the more nutrience the vegtable or fruit contains. For example, an apple which is white inside doesn't have a lot of nutrience, while an orange which is a bright colour inside has lots. Different coloured vegtables contain different nutrience.
One more thing, don't forget the fibre - pregnant women are prone to constipation.
An important thing to remember is what NOT to eat when you're pregnant. Here's some helpful links:

first off you need to be on prenatal vitamins and secondly you need to eat a well balanced diet. talk to your doc/midwife about what foods are best for you, seeing everyone's nutrional intake is different.
