what is the usual time to get a period after a miscarriage? I had a miscarriage on aug. 2rd and according to my reg cycle i should be on my period, but i`m not having any symptoms for my period or for being pregnant. so i am confused on when i should get it. any advice...?

juliej9708 - 897 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I just had a miscarriage 8-30-09 and I have gotten alot of responses on my page from women who have gone through the same thing.I had a complete m/c and do not need a d&c either.One woman wrote me and said that she miscarried 7-24-09 and because she had a natural miscarriage her doc told her to go ahead and try when she stopped bleeding well it is only Sept 1st and she is already preo again.Best way for you to know for sure is to get a blood test!And my doc told me to keep taking prenatal vitimans while we are trying that way your on them from the 1st day of conception.

nerock82 - 898 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i had a natural m/c last march and its like a regular period for me coz it only lasted 7days,the next month(april)i was waiting for my period,but it didnt come out,i just had this brownish spotting for about 5 days and it was actually one of the sign that i was pregnant again..and now im in my 20weeks and everything is doing good..

liewerm - 898 days ago i was suppose to be right at 11 weeks, and it was a natural mis carriage. I had a m/c last year but didn't really pay attention to how long it took to get my period after words. thanks for all ur great advice! I'm hoping that i am pregnant, but if not there is always next month. :-)

jastinel - 898 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) hi,sorry for your loss, i too had a miscarriage on july 30th,and prior to that one on jan 14th 09,how many weeks were you when you m/c,also did you have natural or dnc done,it really depends on many weeks you were,i got mine 31 days later hope this helps

blondie9504 - 898 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Wow, after I m/c I bled for 6 weeks straight (sorry tmi) but my Dr didn't want to do a d&c if she didn't have to. After I stopped bleeding, I was put on the pill and when I was suppose to have it, I did. I took the pill for 3 months to strengthen my uterus and stuff and then was given the green light to ttc again. And guess what? I got prego that month lol. Don't worry if it's a little late though becuase your hormones are still out of wack so it will probably take a littlelonger. I wouldn't be suprised if it took a month or two to get regular again (probably some spotting in between though) Good luck and I'm sorry for your loss!

4boys..1stgirlontheway - 899 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) depends on whether u had a natural m/c or a d&c....if its natural it can take upto 6 weeks to get back on track but if u had a d&c it is like a period and u should be back to ur regular cycle straight away so u normally get ur period about 4 weeks after
