watermelon is the only thing that really helped me this time around. it was something i could eat pretty much all day and not get so full where i was even more sick. it also counts for water intake so i didnt have to drink. when i would eat a meal and drink at the same time, it would make me worse. i had to eat and drink seperatly and only eat tiny tiny amounts at a time with this one. there are medications you can take, my dr. doesnt like giving it out unless youre not keeping anything down. talk to you dr. they might give it to you since you have to work so many hours in a day and its becoming too much for you right now. hopefully the sickness will be gone soon. i started feeling better a few weeks ago. im 18 weeks now.

I work 12 hour shifts and am away from home for 14 hours. My nausea was difficult to deal with but I just had to be eating something constantly. The minute I stopped eating I felt deathly sick again. I put on a heap of weight but it is the only way I could find to manage the nausea. I also discovered that chewing gum helped the nausea, so you could try that. Other than that, I have no solutions, it's a hard time but you just have to ride it out I think.

Seriously, call your doctor and tell him/her how it is affecting you and they will give you a prescription for it. There are two very safe drugs out there that will relieve it almost immediately and last up to 12 hours.

I had terrible ms the first 14 weeks and the only thing that helped was fresh air. Sometimes. If you can, do as coolnessa says, and eat at least every few hours (graze on dry cereal if you can) as it keeps your blood sugar normal. It will get better though, don't worry! In the end, I went for acupunture and it helped ALOT (but I was 12 weeks at that stage, so it could've been easing naturally too)

I had horrible morning sickness while I was working and what seemed to work the best for me was fruit, sour candies and lemon anything. I really couldn't do crackers or anything like that because I then would have to chase it with water and that would make me sick again.

Snack as often as you can. Crackers, breakfast bars, bagels, fruit, etc. I found that fruit & carbs were my best friend in the early months. Try to eat at least every 2 hours & drink lots of water. Tums/Rolaids can help, too. Good luck!
