Two weeks ago I found out I had a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy of sorts- I was aparently nearly 8 weeks. I bled for nearly 2 weeks (aug 23- sept 11) and my hcg levels are pretty well back to normal. They were 1500 aug 29, 700 sept 2 and 17 sept 9. Now though I`m super tired and can barely stay awake. Usually I surprise myself with my stamina considering I do shift work and take care of my high energy toddler on my days off. Any thoughts on why i`m so tired? My hgb was pretty good so I don`t think that the bleeding has caused anemia. I`m just tired of feeling so tired.

jumpingbean - 876 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have lost two children before one at 4 1/2 months and one at 9 weeks. I got very tired after both of them as well. I think a lot has to do with emotions. If you lost a lot blood it may not be anemia but just to much for your body to handle. With the 9 week one I wasn't losing so my doctor gave me medication to help me lose it and I started to hemmorage. Just try to take it easy and get plenty of rest at night.
