I have learned with my 4 kids that all children handle them differently. Even my twins act differently. One gets fussy for the day of the shots and is better the next day but the other baby gets sick for 3 days afterwards. So it all depends on your LO. I always give tylenol before going in or while in the waiting room, do the loose clothing, and have a lot of patience. Good luck!

A little off topic but, here's a hint: Have him wear just a onesie that day. No jeans or other tricky clothes to pull up or scrunch his little leggies into after his shot or for the next day.

My little girl is really good with her shots, just got her 6 months today, taking a nap know. I would think your baby would be fine tomorrow. I think it just depends on your baby.

for the first series, my son was a bit tired afterwards. After his 4 month shots, he got a bit of a fever (which went away the next day) and had some pain at the injection site, which was also better the next day. Before his 6 month series, and every series after that (done now till age 5! yipee) I pre medicated him with tylenol. Very little fussing after that

Yeah, I don't think my LO was crabby the next day. She was that night though. Giving them Tylenol first helps a good bit.

My LO was really tired the night of the shots but not the day after, I gave him tylenol right before the shots and he had no fever or adverse effects. :) Good luck!
