You need to take a few things into consideration like obviously can you afford it, is it ok with your employer? ETC - it all depends. Some women take monthes off even before they are do to relax and prepare. I worked the the same day I was to be induced with my son - but In this case Im thinking of taking off at 38 weeks. It is a personal choice. Good luck.

The longer you wait, the longer you'll actually have "with" your baby if you plan on going back because it starts from the day your done. If your feeling yucky certainly take off, rest, pamper yourself <3.

last.one.for.me - 869 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I guess it depends how long you get for maternity leave really? Here in the UK we get 40 weeks paids and a further 12 weeks unpaid. The very earliest we can take our maternity leave is from the beginning of the 29th week and not a day before.
