seeing some blood when wipe what should i do?

im on bed rest im 11 weeks and today when i wiped myself after laying down i seen red blood should i go to the hospital to make sure everythings ok are should i not?

kavanna - 868 days ago i went in to the er lastnight and they told me that i had a threting misscarry and im on complete bed rest tell my doctor say other wise thanks for helping me in the time of need
