has anyone died thier hair while they were pregnant and did everything turn out fine?

Wait til after the first trimester (baby does most of its dev. these months) and make sure there is an open window. Its the strong smell that is the problem. Remember what you breathe baby breathes!

vickiessecret - 868 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I wouldn't do it, I know alot of times when your pregnant and try to color you hair because of the hormones in your body the color may not come out the way you expect it to. I think you can color your hair after the first trimester...but I'm not completely sure, I'd ask your doctor..I don't color my hair so that's one thing I don't have to worry about... Good Luck :)

heidismummy - 868 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) its an old wives tale. if it really damaged or harmed you or your baby in any way then surely they would be then going over the top about the smells of things you might come across, and what moisturiser you put on your skin, what perfume you wear etc etc. ive had mine done and was told its an old wives tale. these old wives tales have a lot to answer for!!

I've dyed my hair- after MY doctor told me it was completely safe as long as the dye is AMMONIA FREE. They said wait until after 12 weeks and it's fine. I've done it a couple times and used 2 colors each time... My little one will be here in 5 days and I plan to dye it before he arrives.
