Can I go bowling? Added: 866 days ago. Added by: kplum Section: General. Status: This question is Closed. (Questions will be closed after 10 days.)
We have a team member visiting from India and my boss thought it would be fun to take him bowling, so we are leaving early next Wed to go. Can I bowl? I went bowling at about 20 weeks with a very light ball. I will be 32.5 weeks when we go. Is it still ok if I use a light ball?

As long as your feeling up to it go for it. It's actually great to stay active up until the day you deliver it makes delivery easier. I hope you have fun when you go!

yeah u can go just be careful with your balance and use a light ball. just think about moms who have a toddler already and get pregnant, they still have to pick up their toddler sometimes who weigh much more than a bowling ball!

I went bowling when I was 34 weeks, it is fine as long as you are very careful and use the lightest ball.

If you havent bowled in a while be very careful. I bowled on a league for years and while it is ok to go you could ull a muscles or your balance off too and fall so best to not slide, walk up and throw. :)
