BTW, not to knock the Womens One a Day, but they make you PUKE! I seriously felt so nauseas after I took them after I had my son (its good to continue PN vitamins so your body regains the strength it needs) because I didnt want to pay the $50 for the Vitofol after I had the baby.

Definitely Vitofol. A little expensive, but you can get free samples (and keep getting them) from your gyno or doctor. They are THE BEST and you do not get sick at all from them.

I take Primacare One. My doctor recommended it. It's a perscription prenatal. I freaking love it. I don't get an upset stomach or any constipation. It has a stool softner in it, which helps me a lot. I have heard that all pre-natals are the same, but I'm not sure I believe that. I think that there are many different ones that range in quality. I think what is important is that the folic acid & iron levels are high enough, that it has DHA\RHA & that it reacts with your body well. Good luck!

I take a food-based pre-natal I bought at a local health food store. I'm 8 months PP and still take it - it makes my hair shiny, my skin clear and nails hard :)

Women's Prenatal One A Day's. They're over the counter and they also come with the DHA pills that help with the baby's early development.
