I have also flown in my 2nd trimester.. just like the other ladies said to make sure you get up to walk and go to the bathroom frequently... also, the airport food made me really sick though, id pack your own food if you could! the worst is being sick on a plane..ugh!

I flew 11 hours when I was 5 months pregnant. It's absolutely fine. I got a note from the doctor to say that I was fit to fly just in case the airline had an issue with it but they arent worried about women flying pregnant unless you are about to pop cos they dont want you giving birth mid-air. The actual flight was fine. I just made sure to get an aisle seat so that I could get up and walk around, and made sure to drink plenty of water. It's after you have the baby that the 10 hour flight gets sooo much trickier! Hope that helps, if you had any specific questions i'll help if I can x

I haven't myself but I know ladies who have and it's fine. The only concern is sitting for so long so make sure you walk the isles at least every hour (you'll probly need to get up to wee anyways, hahahaha) and stay hydrated.
