I'm not sure what you need to detox from but, I know a baby needs all the food groups, plenty of water, some calcium and a pre-natal. Following that increases your chances of a healthy baby :)

No! I looked this up because I felt the need during my 1st trimester. But all the information that I seen, even all the mommy-natural websites says no. It isn't healthy for the baby. wait until after your pregnancy.

I would check with your doctor on this one. If you do a fasting or use an herbal detox tea this can be bad for you. I personally practive a faith that has several fasting days per year. When pregnant I skip these days and allow myself all the water and juice I want along with light meals. My midwife discussed this with me during my first pregnancy and I am following the same rules this time. I know there are a lot of herbal cleansing teas out there and some of those herbs can be harmful or have unknown effects. So I strongly suggest you check with your doctor first.
