Hi. I am 8 weeks and am experiencing spotting, brown discharge, occasional lower abdominal cramps, extremely sore breasts, MS in the evenings. Is this, particularly the spotting/brownish discharge, normal?

RainbowRach - 833 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had spotting too, generally brown blood is nothing to worry about as it is old (probably just a sensitive cervix). However, it is worth going to the doctor just to get it checked and put your mind at rest. Take it easy, Rach.

xXxEXPLOxXx - 833 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I wouldn't like to guess. I was told 25% of women spot during pregnancy, and have normal, healthy babies. More likely to spot around when your period would be due, implantation, etc... But I was also told to contact my doctor if the spotting is accompanied by cramping. But, cramping in itself is normal, too!! I'd suggest visiting your doctor, just to be on the safe side.
