cycle days? Ovulation?

I stopped depo after 2 shots and just recentl got af back. Should I assume my cycle will be 23 days like it used to? It was before I had my daughter and afterward returned the same way. How will I know when I will be ovulating if I`m not sure how long my cycle will be?
