sorry TMI but im 17 weeks pregnant and i have diarreah what can i take to get rid of it thank you

And btw, I had diarrhea from a 10-day course of antibiotics.. the diarrhea started on the 7th day of that, and even with eating bananas (which I *HATE!) and rice *and* taking Immodium (store-brand but same stuff), it took 5 days to clear it up. UGH!!

mom2be2010 - 832 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had that happen before when I was around 20 weeks. They told me to drink plenty of water. They believed it was too much iron in my system. Eat banana's and rice.

lulabell7 - 832 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i dont think your allowed to take anything, when i had it my doctor told me to drink plenty of water and watch my diet. Cut out all the junk food. He told me to get some rehydration salts. Try eating more rice and pasta, it helped me
