my baby isn`t walking

My daughter is 11 months she will be one on the 19th and she isn`t walking she is crusing but not walking she pulls up read good and she tries should I do anything to guide here .

nuggetlovin - 830 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It's not that uncommon for a child of her age to not walk, but does she have push toys that she can walk with? With my daughter Once she could stand well, I'd put her back against a wall and stand in front of her and kept telling her to get mama to get her to take steps without holding on... and I was still within arms reach to catch her if she started to fall... Don't worry tho... she'll do it soon!

etrocks - 831 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My son didn't crawl til he was 10 mos. and he walked at 14 mos. He didn't completely roll over til he was a year old! You should be glad b/c once they start walking it's over lol. I haven't sat down since that day. My son was very slow at doing everything but once he figured it out he went all out he's 17 mos and RUNS everywhere. Good luck & don't compare to other kids it'll drive you crazy! I did in the beginning til I figured out my boy is on his own schedile.

heidismummy - 831 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my daughter didnt start walking until she was 13 months. i know how you feel though as other mums going on about how 'clever' their babies are for walking really early etc etc, put doubts in your mind that perhaps there is something wrong with your baby. but the reality is that they do it when they really want to. if she is happy toddling around and pulling herself up for now, then she will carry on doing that until she feels she wants to do more. try not to worry about it. i had a cousin who started walking at 10 months and it actually damaged his feet as his feet were trying to grow and he was running before he could walk (if you know what i mean). she will get there soon and it will be another experience of running around!!

LGK616 - 831 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Isabella will be 13 months next week and she's not walking either. She's cruising, pulling up, crawling, standing on her own - but not walking. It will come in time and then we will be wishing for the days they couldn't walk yet!!! xox

xidja - 831 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) dont worry! all babies develop differently. my daughter is 13 months and isn't walking yet. the worst thing you can do is compare your baby to everyone else's since babies just dont develop at the same rate physically, emotionally, or mentally.

164sWifey - 832 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) hello. just wanted to add, everything should be fine, the way it sounds. my son is three and not walking nor talking. no diagnosis, nothing wrong with him, weve done so much. but hes improving everyday, he is just starting to cruise and over four months ago finally started crawling normally! so dont worry one bit, they all do on their own time! just be happy your babys healthy and able to do the smallest things. my husband and i get so upset sometimes, how people take the smallest things for granted, such as walking or talking and really dont appreciate the small things, in the long run love, nourishment, good health, mostly love, mean the most to our little babies! dont worry. :-)

juels101 - 832 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Mine actually just started walking today haha, and she is gonna be 1 on the 20th. My first walked at 9mo,and Cassidy has been able to for a while, crawling was just so much faster for her haha. Just encourage the walking, uber praise if she takes a step or two. 11mo is still an early walker so don't worry if it takes a few more months.

I let go and walked when I was 10 months and my other brother walked at 11 months, so every baby is different hon. She will let go soon and then u will be chasing her everywhere. lol

Mommy2Chloe - 832 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My nephew started walking at 13 months, my neice is 14 months and still not walking. My LO is 10 months and has been walking for a couple of weeks. All babies are completely different and most doctors aren't worried until about 18 months.

RobinG - 832 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Many dont walk til 12 plus months so continue to let her roam around and give her toys like a shopping cart or push toy that gets her walking behind it :) she will catch on, none of my 3 kids walked til 13 months :)
