I am having horrible headaches all the time any advice?

meecob - 818 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Sometimes headaches can be directly related to digestive issues. I know this seems crazy, but it really works...directly on your skin place a cold pack (from the fridge/not the freezer) on the right side of your tummy between your belly button and your hip bone. Do 10 min on, 10 min off a few times. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day :) Hope you feel better soon

STCT - 819 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Everyone has great advise. It's the same things I did when I had those headaches. Also another thing I did is when it was really bad I would wrap a ice pack in a towel and lay on it when I went to bed.

Firsttimemum78 - 820 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had a lot of headaches until I was about 25 weeks pregnant. I just had to sleep loads, took paracetamol (Tylenol), had hot showers/baths, got my husband to massage my shoulders and inhaled olbas oil. I was also diagnosed with sinusitis so was prescribed a nasal spray to help clear it. If you are having persistant headaches it is best to get checked out as you could have high blood pressure also. Good luck hun. I hope you get sorted soon enough.
