How long after the c-section could you pick up your other children?

Ulandi - 797 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) same here, my little one weighed 6 lbs 4 oz and doc told me not to pick up anything heavier than her. Also do not pick up anything higher than you shoulders.

meecob - 797 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My babe was born c-section at 7lbs 10oz...the docs told me not to lift anything heavier than her for two weeks; but they never told me I couldn't carry her.

ashysmm1 - 798 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) they will tell you wait atleast 6 wks but i didnt. I only have 1 kid and after i had her my neice was wanting me to pick her up so i was in no pain 3 wks after having one
