Abdominal Pain? Any ideas?

I`m 31 weeks tomorrow, and for the past few weeks I have had pain in my lower belly, on both sides. I saw a physio last week and she manipulated my pelvis as she said it was slightly rotated on one side. Ever since then I am really struggling to walk. The pain is at hip level, but deep inside on both sides of my belly. Physio gave me a support belt but it doesn`t make the slightest difference. Does this sound like pelvic pain to you? I feel it`s too high and it`s worrying me. I`ve to see her again on 23rd Dec, but wondering whether I should call her before then and ask to see her again. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
